We’ll also ensure you have all the correct documents in place to put your property on the market and if not, we’ll fill in the gaps.

Step two: Marketing

We’ll produce a marketing strategy to ensure maximum exposure for your property. We’ll provide a floorplan, take high resolution, detailed photographs, create a details sheet print-out as well as producing a full list of local amenities and transport that may attract potential buyers.

Step three: Viewings

We’ll organise and attend all viewings at your property as well as providing you with feedback after every one and weekly reporting on how your property is getting on online.

Step four: Accepting an offer

We work closely with both buyers and sellers to get the best possible outcome for both parties. We never over or underestimate on price.

Step five: Solicitors

Once you’re happy with an offer, we’ll link the buying and selling solicitors, organise all the relevant documents and ensure all transfers are complete in the best possible time.

Step six: Completion

Once all the relevant checks are complete and the money has been transferred, we’ll take your keys and hand them over to the new owners – good luck!
